Family Conference

Why This Conference Matters

Family life doesn’t come with a guidebook—and most of us are figuring it out while holding a lot. From managing relationships and household routines to navigating discipline, health, and emotional wellbeing, caregivers often carry these responsibilities without the community support they deserve.

That’s why the Paths & Journeys Family Conference was created.

This free, culturally grounded event is designed especially for caregivers and family members of color—offering space to build connection, gain real-life tools, and feel seen.
All families and cultural backgrounds are welcome.

At the heart of the conference are four pillars of thriving family life:

Relationships

Strengthening the connections that hold families together—between couples, co-parents, children, and extended family. We explore how to nurture communication, resolve conflict, and build lasting bonds rooted in cultural values.

Discipline & Boundaries

Offering practical, respectful tools to support structure, accountability, and emotional safety at home. Sessions are designed to reflect the cultural nuances and parenting styles of diverse families.

Health & Wellness

Centering the mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of caregivers and children alike. From stress management and emotional regulation to rest, movement, and healing—we support the full picture of wellness.

Family Flow

Helping families create rhythm and ease in everyday life. This includes routines, meal planning, time management, and financial wellness—everything that supports balance behind the scenes.

Whether you’re parenting toddlers or adult children, caring for loved ones, or simply seeking community—this space is for you.
Come as you are, leave with tools, support, and connection.
